Hog Roast is our speciality. Please be assured that we only serve free range Hog Roast pigs that have been sourced and reared locally near Cambridge. We score the pig and rub in olive oil and salt to ensure quality crackling. The hog is roasted on a spit for up to 6 or 7 hours dependent on its size.

For parties or groups below 80 we can source a smaller hog roast or roast pork joint so that you get better value for money. Succulent pork served in a fresh bap with sage and onion stuffing with crispy crackling and apple sauce is a mouth watering experience.

For those who prefer not to eat meat then we can obviously provide a vegetarian option.

The number of people attending a hog roast is not limited as we can cater for several thousand, as all we do is use a larger number of spits.
